(My personal answer that got me a 100) Personal responsibility is something you should do on your own. For example, going to school every day or doing chores. A civic responsibility on the other hand is a responsibility of a citizen. For example, abiding by the law or voting for a new president.

(Actual sample answer that would probably get you a 100 too) Personal responsibilities are responsibilities that involve a person and those immediately around him/her. These include the duty to adhere to moral principles, to take care of one’s family and friends, and to accept responsibility for one’s own actions. Civic responsibilities are responsibilities to the government, like serving jury duty and paying taxes. Personal responsibilities include things we should do (like making moral decisions), whereas civic responsibilities include things we MUST do or face penalty from the government.
