feet long by 4.5 feet wide. The other wall is 9 feet long by 4.5 feet
wide. What is the total area of the walls that Lizzy wants to paint?

The total area would be the combined area of all three

Let’s knock out the first 2

4.5 * 13 = 58.5 * 2 = 117

Now the last

4.5 * 9 = 40.5

117 + 40.5 = 157.5 ft^2
