I would think that the 28xy goes with -154x and the other 2 are right

(28xy-154x)+(20y-110)
factor out common factors
(14x)(2y-11)+(10)(2y-11)
see they have common factor of 2y-11
reverse distribute like this: ab+ac=a(b+c)
so

(14x+10)(2y-11)

the factor listed is D
