I believe athletes should eat healthy foods to stay fit and strong. For breakfast I recommend eating eggs with milk. For Lunch eat something stable and short like a short tuna wrap or a sandwich with healthy things in it that is short and easy to eat to not make you heavy. For dinner athletes should eat a filling meal with minimum fat something like soup with healthy ingredients in it. Now I will write a list of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
