The statement that is a true statement regarding the Albany Plan of Union is " Although it was supported by the conference members, the colonial governments rejected it."

The Albany Plan of Union tried to unite or at least organize the 13 American colonies. How? Through a strong central government that could control them. The Albany Congress adopted it on July 10, 1754, but the colonies did not accept it. Just seven delegates signed it. The British government wanted to at least, make clear to American Indians, specifically the Iriqous- that its cooperation with the government was necessary.
