Water - the body is made up of mostly water, and every cell requires it to function.
Fats (nuts, seeds) - provides the body with energy and carries out a range of functions like cell growth and immune function.
Protein- a macronutrient that cells require in order to function properly. It ensures development in muscles
Minerals (iron, zinc, etc) - the body needs a balance of minerals for optimal health. They can strengthen bones and help carry oxygen.
