The poem seems to be a conciet comparing a skyskarper to a human by giving it human features, so this will be easy to pull features from (a soul, hopes, dreams, memories, and talking). You can use this same idea to pull out what happening in the builidng, people going in and doing buisness/making memories, etc. I belive in you!
