I think that the sides for WW3 would be:
Coalition: USA, UK, France, most of EU, and Nato, Japan, South Korea
Allegiance: Russia, China, N. Korea, Iran

Yeah, but I would switch china to the Coalition. Remember, the USSR was part of the Allies, and we aren't ~technically~ enemies with China. At least not yet.
