Some other things that would be adjusted would be smoking in buildings or hospitals smoking isn't as socially acceptable as it was in the 60s. Some other minor details include the gas station scene when soda pop was filling up gas, that isn't a custom anymore. Lastly the obvious one they would all be wearing masks which I believe would have changed the course of the movie due to the fact smoking is a part of the characters appearance.
