Lara has just had a sudden increase in her workload, which she can't handle. She is feeling very stressed. What can she do to reduce the stress?

Lara can do things she enjoys to destress such as hobbies, music, meditation and excercise.
For her health she can do things to improve her body's reaction to stressful situations such as eating a healthier diet, and ensuring she gets enough sleep.
