5. Cornea

The eyeball is filled with a water-like fluid. In the front of the eyeball, there is the cornea (5). It is a transparent structure that refracts light. A portion of a light passes through the pupil (6) which allows light to enter the eye. Once the light enters the eye, it enters the lens (4). The light later reaches the retina (3).
