It seems that you have missed the given options for this question, but anyway, here is the answer. The one that will NOT help a person to be successful in his or her fitness plan is this: working out to the point of exhaustion at least two times per week. Exhaustion is big no-no and working out should be done in moderation. Hope this helps.
