We need to find x1 and x2 which are 2 "zeroes" of 3x^2 + 11x + 6

The formula for finding zeroes is:[tex] x_{1,2} = \frac{-b +- \sqrt{ b^{2} -4ac} }{2a} [/tex]

where a is in our case 3
b = 11
c = 6

x1 = -3
x2 = -2/3

Written in factor form it looks like:
3*(x+3)(x+2/3) = (x+3)(3x+2)
