Your behavior. Obviously a persons gender has nothing to do with fitness. One can be fitness in both genders. The environment either as nature or the environment as what you're surrounded by (people, influences) could potentially be a factor of good fitness because if a person isn't surrounded by good influenced, then they would have no real motivation.
