While watching the TV news, you and your friends see a report on the capture of a suspected serial killer.
One of your friends makes the comment that some people are just "born bad." Another friend argues that
the suspect must have had a pretty bad childhood and a lot of other really bad life experiences for him to
behave so violently. Which side of the nature versus nurture debate is each of your friends on? How do
you think psychologists would try to answer the question of what causes violent behavior? Explain.
