Kathleen fills two different bags with coins. In bag #1, 7 out of 15 coins are quarters. in bag #2, 11 out of 15 coins are quarters. If Kathleen draws one coin from each bag, what is the probability that they are both quarters?
The answer would be 3/5. If u combine both of the bags together you would have 30 coins in general, but 18 of them are quarters. When you simplify 18/30 you get 3/5s
