Answer: $1.80

Step-by-step explanation:

600 grams - .6 kg

.6x+1.5y=4.62

y=x-1.4

.6x+1.5(x-1.4)=4.62

.6x+1.5x-2.1=4.62

2.1x=6.72

x=3.2 ( 1 KG of candy)

y=3.2-1.4

1.8=y (1 KG of cookies)
