How can I get my refund I emailed several times and waited more than 72 hours and nothing I’m tired of waiting! What can I do? My money was basically stolen from me from brainly I was getting the free trial and then a minute later I received $24 receipt which I didn’t pay for. I put my card info because it asked for it and then it did that to me I don’t want to cancel subscription without being reassured that I’m getting my money back. I saw the help center about the billing and emailed them as well and no one responded terrible team service. Can anyone help?
That's weird, is there any unsubscribe from it or cancel subscription button? If there is just use it for the rest of the time until it is about to renew then cancel it. I don't know what else to tell you, good luck with it though!
