For example, Illinois is much more expensive to live than Wisconsin. Everything costs more. Gas, Food, housing, everything. Georgia has a lower cost of living than Wisconsin. It should be the same percentage rate. But the numbers should go with the cost of living in your state.
Location and cost of living because certain things cost more in other states for example houses in California cost a LOT more than houses in Texas and this is why many are moving there the minimum wage should be adjusted according to inflation but just multiplying it to 15 would not bring any relief to working Americans
