Which one do you prefer "I can't afford it" or "How can I afford it"? Why? Please relate your answer to how our brain works and the explanation

It depends I would choose " How can I afford it " because that is the more positive way to think and saying it will not only make it positive but you will work hard to afford whatever the thing is. All of this depends on your ego and if you are a good or bad person.
