C Milk is a mixture. Most people think of the stuff we buy at the store as milk. However, the stuff that comes from the cow can easily be separated into different things to make butter, buttermilk, and the various percentage fat milks. In fact, the milk we buy has to be emulsified so it doesn’t separate.
