When exercising, we respire. When we do not do exercise that often, our muscles will not be able to withstand long amounts of exercise due to lack of oxygen. This is called Anaroebic Respiration. This is when glucose turns to Lactic Acid immediately. Anaerobic respiration releases less energy.
