 The second question depends on your knowing what literary realism and naturalism is. Then you have to make a decision which it is and defend your answer. 

The first question is about regionalist fiction. I never read Hamlin's story. I did read Twain's. You can compare and contrast where each story was set. You can compare and contrast the mood.
