Answer: In the text, Planes on the Brain, the kids that go to the TAM program are challenged hard to get what they want. One text evidence that shows the kids have to work hard to achieve their goal is they can earn muesuem dollars working at TAM and using that money to pay for flights lessons. Another text evidence that shows the kids have to work hard to achieve their goal is they go through a flight simulator, and do community service. The third evidence that shows the kids have to work hard to achieve their goal is that they can set goals and come up with a plan to achieve those goals.
