The Chairman,

Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area,

Aba.

   Sir,

REQUEST FOR NECESSARY SOCIAL AMENITIES IN UMUNGASI COMMUNITY

It is with a great sense of urgency that I write this letter to you sir. The pitiable condition of Umungasi community in Osisioma Ngwa Local Government area is highly worrisome.

Umungasi is the most populated community in Osisioma Ngwa Local Government area of Abia State. This community is known for hard work as well as arts and craft.

Unfortunately, the condition of the road network in Umungasi community is very poor. It has become very difficult to access neighboring villages and communities because of bad roads. This situation has greatly hampered commerce in Umungasi community.

Also, there is only one stream in the whole of Umungasi community which supply water to all five villages that compose Umungasi community. Drinking from a stream is quite unsafe and totally unacceptable in the twenty-first century. I call on you sir, to use your good office to provide pipe-borne water to the villages that compose Umungasi community.

Lastly, the only school in Umungasi community has become comatose due to decay and neglect. I humbly request that your administration should put modalities in place to revamp the school.

Thanks in anticipation of your positive response.

                                                                                                   Yours Faithfully,

                                                                                                    Jude Njoku
