On Monday, your parents tell you that you have a doctor appointment immediately after school on Thursday. When Thursday comes, you forget to go to your doctor appointment. Explain several reasons why you may have forgotten.
You could say that you were so busy thinking about and doing homework that you got pushed behind. Or you could say that your friend fell in you needed to help him or her because they were seriously injured but there OK now. You could also say just say that it's just a doctor's appointment in you do it next time.
