No, I don't believe in luck because I believe everything happens for a reason. I am not superstitious because I'm confident and in control of my life as is. I believe some people are superstitious because they are afraid of the unknown. To counteract this, they for example, wouldn't open an umbrella inside of a house. (This is a commonly known superstition; furthermore, if you open an umbrella inside of a building you'll bring bad luck.) I believe, that through the people who believe in this, want to feel as though they are protecting themselves from bad outcomes. In reality all they are doing is trying to take control of the life they live.
