Hi! Your answer is A. 4/3

Step-by-step explanation:

First step is to convert the equation into the slope-intercept form. If you don't know what is the slope-intercept form. It is the form of y = mx + b where m = slope and b = y-intercept. So what do you need to do is to make y-term as our subject for the equation.

[tex]\large{4x-1=3y+5}[/tex]

This is our currently equation, a bit messy equation. Since we want to isolate y-term, we subtract both sides by -5 so we can get rid of +5 from 3y side.

[tex]\large{4x-1-5=3y+5-5}\\\large{4x-6=3y}[/tex]

We should get this equation. The next thing that we are going to do is to divide the whole equation by 3 to get rid of 3 from y-term. Remember, we are isolating y-term so we make y-term only as the subject.

[tex]\large{4x-6=3y}\\ \large{\frac{4x}{3}-\frac{6}{3}=\frac{3y}{3}}[/tex]

Simplify in the simplest form.

[tex]\large{\frac{4}{3}x-2=y}[/tex]

Rewrite the equation in y = mx + b form.

[tex]\large{y=\frac{4}{3}x-2}[/tex]

Since we want to find slope only. Therefore, from y = mx + b where m = slope. Our slope is 4/3.

Hope this helps! :)
