Answer:

Any equation in the same format in which x still has the same coefficient -8/3 is parallel to y = -(8/3)x - 8

For example:

y = -(8/3)x + 5

y  = 8x/-3 + 2

y = -(16 / 6)x

Those lines are all parallel.
