Because the population of the other countrys also wanted to have more rights and be able to vote and decide and in an absolute monarchy they couldn't. And when the people look at france and see how nice it is there and think about how the people of france got to this point they are going to do a revolt which turns then to a revolution. They wanted france to be an absolute monarchy for their own countrys stability
