By Avagadro's Law,

V¹n¹ = V²n², where P and T are constant.

Therefore (4.00L)(0.200mol) = (3.25L)n²,

n² = 0.246mol. (3s.f.)

P.S. n² does not mean the square of n in this case, it is just a subscript.
