Essay number 10 of federalist papers.

Answer:

Federalist paper No 10, is the correct answer.

Explanation:

James Madison was one of the founding father and the fourth president of USA. He was in office from 1809 to 1817. The federalist paper No 10 was written by him, in which he argued to defend  the Republican form of government as proposed by the constitution. The critic considered the federal government to be too large and unresponsive to the people's needs. Madison tried to explain it by exploring the concept of majority vs minority rights. He said that the diversity and factions present in USA would avoid tyranny, because due to diversity the groups would be forced to negotiate and compromise among themselves and would also have to find solutions that respects the rights of minorities. He also wrote that the large size of the country would make it impossible to gain control over various factions.
