How do we aid former slaves?
African Americans have freedom...but not much else. Should
they be considered citizens? Should they vote? Where will they
live? How will they support themselves? How do we address
the fact that so many were denied education and training?

2.yes ofc. they will live like any other person on this earth !! and about the education we will start from a new slate because we were not there to see them suffer we will start over and we will not be like our ancestors and help whoever need help AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE PEOPLE/ CITIZENS/ HUMAN BEIGNS of this PLANET just like any other caucasian or latino or any HUMAN on this earth!!.
