A nutritionist finds that a large order of fries at mcdonalds has more fat than a mcdouble sandwich. The fries have 4 grams less than 3 times the amount of fat in the mcdouble. The difference in fat content between the two items is 28 grams. Find the fat content of one large order of fries and one mcdouble sandwich.
I'm having a hard time making 2 equations

f = 3m - 4
f - m = 28

3m - 4 - m = 28
2m = 28 + 4
2m = 32
m = 32/2
m = 16....mcdouble has 16 grams

f - m = 28
f - 16 = 28
f = 28 + 16
f = 44...fries have 44 grams

so a large fry (f) and a mcdouble (m) have a fat content of (44 + 16) = 60 grams
