Lemarr was a dashing young women and had no trouble finding a role in the spotlight in Hollywood. Being a star was not the only thing she is good at. Working alongside George Antheil, Lamarr created the “Secret Communications System” which helped radios switch frequencies to avoid their messages being decoded in World War II. Her invention was picked up by the United states military and was put into action in the Navy, and The Army. The "Secret Communication System" is still used today as a precaution incase a WIFI system is accessed unauthorized or is disabled.
