Due Process is a legal concept that is in place to protect peoples basic human rights. It does not include a right to work for a certain company, a right to get paid a certain amount of money, or a right to be a professional athlete. Protection against basic human freedom. Like, in the United States for example.. it prevents the federal government from seizing private property without notice and compensation.
