Round 63.5 to the nearest whole number. I got 64, but how do we tell which even number to round up or down to? 64 or 62

64 is correct.

If it is .5 or above, you round up. If it is below .5, you round down. 

For example:

21.5 is rounded to 22. 

14.3 is rounded to 14. 

11.7 is rounded to 12.
