1. The observation of Wegener's theory was that the identical fossils were found on continents that were far apart. Alfred Wegener's  refined theory of continental draft tried to pinpoint pieces of proof that the continents were previously combined into a sole continent he called Pangaea. Wegener's theory hypothesized that it was the continents that were able to shift through the rock of the seafloor to their existing locations.

2. When tectonic plates moves, the feature that is been seen is new ocean ridges and seafloor. Although when these plates collides, earthquake occurs. Tectonic plates are the pieces that explains the movement of the earth. The upper most layer of the earth is made up of these plates. They are categorized in major plates, minor plates and micro plates.

3. A convection cell is cold, dense material sinks while hot, less dense material rises. It is basically a happening that transpires when density variations occur within a body of liquid or gas. These density differences effect in increasing and/or decreasing of flows, and these are the key components of a convection cell.
