we know that

The standard form of the line equation is equal to

[tex]Ax + By = C[/tex]

in this problem we have

[tex]y=\frac{3}{4} x-\frac{5}{2}[/tex]

Multiply by [tex]4[/tex] both sides

[tex]4y=4*\frac{3}{4} x-4*\frac{5}{2}[/tex]

[tex]4y=3x-10[/tex]

[tex]4y-3x=-10[/tex]

[tex]-3x+4y=-10[/tex]

therefore

the answer is the option C

[tex]-3x+4y=-10[/tex]
