In this particular case, qualitative research would be better because we would we people the chance to express themselves and ask them to elaborate more about the design of the bottle, the material used, the colors, the shape, if it is ergonomic if it appeals to the sight, and their opinions would produce qualitative information that would be used to improve the design.
