Your client has developed a prototype of a new water bottle design and would like to get feedback on it. As a researcher, I would recommend both, qualitative or quantitative research because both reflect different data and very useful too.
In this particular case, qualitative research would be better because we would we people the chance to express themselves and ask them to elaborate more about the design of the bottle, the material used, the colors, the shape, if it is ergonomic if it appeals to the sight, and their opinions would produce qualitative information that would be used to improve the design.
