First change each number to an improper fraction.
Then use keep, change, flip.
13/5 divided by -15/4
13/5 * -4/15 = -52/75

-52/75 because you have to change into improper fraction 2 3/5= 13/5, -3 3/4= -15/4.
13/5 ÷ - 15/4 which changes when being multipled to -4/15.

the equation now becomes
13/5 × - 4/15 = -52/75
