I bit in the middle, you don't want to love your dog too much, or when you leave it will bark all day which could create complaints by neighbors, also it could love you more than you love it and protect you from every living thing and attack them so they don't hurt you.
You would have to give as much love as you can because if you don't give it too much love, it won't love you back. So for example, to show your love to the dog, you don't just play with it you:
-Give it dog food -Make sure it always has water -(Maybe)Train it. -Make sure that if it is always jumping up and down, either it's asking to play with you or it needs to go #1 or #2. :) -And many other ways that you think is best to take care of it. But ALWAYS give it some time to play with you.
- It might bite and hurt but sometimes either you hurt it by accident or purpose, or it was just playing. Hint: I know this because I have a dog and have very good and bad experiences with my dog. :) Hope this helped and make sure to give me a best answer for the effort I put into this. :)
