1. Your point slope formula is
Y-Y1=m(x-x1)
2. Y1=0 m=2 (slope) x1=-2
3. Do substitution
4. Your answer is
Y-0=2(x +2)
Ps: in case you are wondering why I put plus 2 instead of negative 2 is because you are supposed to do the opposite when subtracting a negative
