Discriminating or treating unfairly or stereotyping an individual or group of people on the basis of his/her/their age is known as age discrimination. This discrimanation can be various age groups such as above 40, 50, below 18, or any random age group in different conditions.

Generally, discrimination on the basis of age occurs in older ages in the employment setting as employers prefer young people and treat older people unfairly.

In my opinion no matter what is the condition if an individual willing to participate in anything others should not discriminate on the basis of age.
