Not to worry, Anarkee, it's easy. They just dress it up in tech-speak.
What it means is "For what pair of numbers in the list is the statement
"Y = 6x" true, if the first number is x and the second is y".
You will notice that in every pair, one number is 6 times the other, but
if the numbers are arranged as ORDERED pairs, the convention is that x
comes before y. therefore only B, C and E satisfy the equation.
Simple but sneaky, huh?
