Can someone help with this please?

Given:
The table represents a linear function.
To find:
The y-intercept, slope and equation of linear function.
Solution:
Consider any two points from the given table, i.e., (0,-5) and (1,-1).
Equation of line is
[tex]y-y_1=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}(x-x_1)[/tex]
[tex]y-(-5)=\dfrac{-1-(-5)}{1-0}(x-0)[/tex]
[tex]y+5=\dfrac{-1+5}{1}(x)[/tex]
[tex]y+5=4x[/tex]
Subtracting 5 from both sides, we get
[tex]y=4x-5[/tex]
On comparing this equation with slope intercept form [tex]y=mx+b[/tex], where, m is slope and y-intercept is b, we get
[tex]m=4,=-5[/tex]
Therefore, y-intercept is -5, slope is 4 and equation is [tex]y=4x-5[/tex].
