This is my opinion: In free labor, people have more rights to protect themselves, mainly legal rights. In slave labor the slaves had to follow every order their owner gives them without any questions, which can result in a building of anger and unhappiness, which might cause more revolts compared to free labor.

I believe free Labor would be better because slaves are not a very good thing. If we were to have a free labor society there would be many benefits. To start off with the most obvious, racism wouldn’t be such an impact as there would have been if we did have slaves. People wouldn’t be dehumanized for being a different race. If we had a free labor society people could protect themselves and we could all have equal rights.
