The Uniform Crime Reporting program uses eight offenses to measure crime.
I believe the answer is: crime index
The eight offenses that used as the measurements are violent and property crimes, Aggravated assault, forcible rappe, murder, arson , larceny, theft, and robbery. Anually, the number of these offenses would be collected by each cities under a classified report to measure the crime rates and productivity of their law enforcement.
