1. Why did the U.S. relocate Japanese and not Germans?

I’m assuming your talking about one of the world wars. The us relocated the Japanese because they thought the Japanese were a threat to national security. After what they did to Pearl Harbor. I’m probably wrong but that’s all I can think of
