3. Next, grap a whisk and make sure the yolk is fully incorporated with the egg whites.
4. Once you have your mixture, pour everything over to an oiled pan. Oiling is easy, just pour a bit of olive oil or avocado oil all over the surface of the pan. If you don't have those oils you can use any kind of edible oils like vegetable oil.
5. Turn the heat up to medium on a stove. If you have induction or gas, just make sure it's medium heat.
6. Use a spatula to scrape the edges of the mixture to the middle. Keep doing this until everything has solidified.
